Energy: An Introduction & Practice Guide

Introduction:

Energy has many definitions and possesses a large role in all forms of living and non-living entities. But altogether energy produces power and creates something from the power.

When growing wings, A LOT of energy is exerted, when used properly. Energy is a neutral mass of potential power just sitting around waiting to be used and turned positively or negatively; let's stick to turning it positively. When you ask for something, the mass doesn't automatically receive the message and form itself to your beckoning call. You must work hard to ally yourself with energy and train it to your commands. It's similar to a dog.

1. Leave yourself open to possibilities through belief & acceptance.

2. Know what you want. Always know how something works and what you are striving for in order to make the intentions clear.

3. Small steps

It takes years before you are able to fully master bending energy at your will. Better get started ASAP. The process also requires dedication, just as any goal does. However, time and choosing your path freely is not all too possible in this world. Therefore you must work even harder to accomplish such, and if you do succeed, you can breakthrough the barrier of "no choice".

For those with a busy schedule:

1. Create a schedule. Make times for meditation, spell casting, and other energy practices.

2. Practicing maintaining a calm and accepting attitude towards every obstacle. Don't hold in your emotions though, it is unhealthy to suppress your natural feelings, so make them known.

3. Each night (or whenever time is available) make small goals to accomplish the next day.

4. Find balance in your life.

5. Spend time as often as possible in nature. While in nature, talk to the plants, animals, & spirits, try learning their ways.

6. Create your own unique mantra to help.

7. Imagine the energy (whatever image you have of it) surrounding you and becoming what you wish.

8. Stretch and do breathing exercises.

Practice Guide:

Here I will provide a few exercises and techniques to help you on your way.

Breathing Exercises:

- Energy Orb (I didn't know what to call it): Begin by standing straight (back straight, shoulders back. Good posture is a must ) with your feet shoulder length apart. Do not bend your knees but do not lock them either, relax.

Breathe steadily and allow yourself to allow the energy into your space. Close your eyes and lift your arms in front of you. Clap your hands together and rub them together as though trying to warm yourself up.

[What do you get when you have socks on your feet and you rub them on a carpet? Static electricity.]

In doing this with your hands, you have succeeded in gaining energy. The energy is right there at your hands.

Now, keeping your eyes closed, bring your hands apart and pretend as though you are holding an orb at the sides. With your hands remaining stiff, bring them closer and further together (not dramatically closer or further but short motions:
^Bob

Bob is making short, slow motions if you can understand the poorly drawn, anatomically incorrect person thingy above. As you can tell I am not the best with descriptions xD). Gradually pick up speed, then slow back down once satisfied.

You will feel a tingling sensation in the joints of your phalanges. With practice, try directing this energy to your scapulae and help them push out and grow. Imagine the energy is flowing water (it doesn't need to literally be flowing water, but the motions are similar), and it is blissfully without a care travelling through your arms, up to your shoulders and down to the wing blades.

- Forms:

The following links provide Tae Kwon Do forms. You can benefit most from having training, however you can still gain a good energy flow from them. Simply breath and learn to direct your strength by using these.

- Meditation:

Meditation can help with breathing control. Just for a few minutes each day, sit down with your legs crossed. Sit up straight and cancel out your surroundings; focus solely on your hear beat and steady breathing (through only the nasal passages).

Techniques & Tips:

- Yoga:

- Tai Chi:

(Note that Tae Kwon Do forms are also a form of tai chi) (Tai chi is so enjoyable, I love it more than yoga, personally)

*Tips:

1. Making a schedule can balance your body and life

2. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables everyday gives you fresh energy

3. Drink plenty of water

4. Get to know what color your aura is and learn more about your own personal energy. Learn how to increase your specific color's vibes. Learning how to read auras isn't difficult, but it is a process. Aura Reading

5. Do these exercises at a time of the day which you feel appropriate

6. Relax

7. Know what you want and direct the energy

8. Using sigils before doing any of the above can help invoke the energy you desire
